preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

By now the mixture is even thicker and looks like carrot-flavoured dragon
Scrape this infernal mess into the bottom of a greased and floured pan. I
reccommend the spring-loaded circular pans because popping the cakes out
at the end is fun.
Bake for an hour and 25 minutes. While it's baking, you can make a quick
cream cheese icing by sticking the following ingredients in the food
processor and blending until smooth:
When the cake comes out, wait until slightly cool and spread the icing
on it. Yum yum yum.
