February 12, 2000: The Church of Pointless Hysteria
We're full steam ahead with preparations for the next Living Closet - and the evening of Saturday February 12th promises to be steeeammmmy. Keeping in season with the nearing Hallmark holiday, but with a healthy dose of skepticism towards pro-consumerist tendencies and Hollywood perpetuated myths of love and relationships (not too mention likely genetic modification of the rose flower currently taking pleace in some cold and calculated laboratory to deliver redder, bigger, better - and worryingly less thorny - flowers to yours and yours truly), the theme of the next lovey-dovey Living Closet will be EROS. Mmmm... run on sentances about love... So do come down to join us and bask in the all the gory glory of love. Afterall, we do love you and what better way to show that we care than by doing what it is that we do: celebrating the artistic fruits of your creative labours of love.
